These Terms of Use govern your use of agentsforsellers.com (the "Site"), operated by Your Amazon Consultant ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing page for Agents for Sellers, a product currently in private beta. It lets you learn about the product and request a demo. Using the Site does not create a customer relationship and is not an agreement to provide the product or any service.
The demo and requesting access
Requesting a demo is a request to be considered for the private beta. It does not guarantee access, a place in the founding cohort, any particular price, or any timeline. We may contact you about availability and next steps.
Where we provide a demo account, it is offered as-is for evaluation only. The demo is read-only, it contains sample data for a fictional business rather than real figures, and nothing in it is advice you should act on. Demo access is time-limited (currently 14 days) and we may suspend, change, or withdraw it at any time. The demo account and its contents remain ours — do not share your login or attempt to use the demo other than to evaluate the product. The demo itself is delivered through our application at app.riftdashboard.com, and use of that application is governed by the terms presented there.
Forward-looking information
The Site describes a product under active development. Features, roadmap items, supported sales channels, dates (such as Q3 or Q4 2026), and pricing described on the Site are plans, not commitments, and may change, be delayed, or be discontinued without notice.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and text, and the "Agents for Sellers" and "Your Amazon Consultant" names and logos, are owned by Your Amazon Consultant. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site;
- submit forms in an automated or abusive way;
- submit false information or another person's information without authorization; or
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links and references
The Site links to and references third parties, including youramazonconsultant.com and Amazon. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies. Product and company names mentioned on the Site — including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention is for identification and comparison only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Amazon Consultant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Governing law
