Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Your Amazon Consultant ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through agentsforsellers.com (the "Site"). The Site is a marketing page for Agents for Sellers, a diagnostic agent product currently in private beta.

The Site has no form of its own. Its "demo" and "access" buttons take you to app.riftdashboard.com/request-access, which is our application rather than this Site — the section on requesting a demo below explains what happens to the details you enter there.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your first name (optional), your work email address, your business's monthly revenue range, and the sales channels you sell on. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — in server logs. We also use an analytics tool that records how visitors use the Site; see Cookies and analytics below.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Requesting a demo

Submitting the request form does two things. It queues your details for a person on our team to review, and it automatically creates a read-only demo account for you — a login on a sample account containing made-up data, not your business. We email you a link to set a password. The demo login expires after 14 days, and connecting your own Amazon account only happens if we approve you for the private beta and you choose to go ahead.

The form and the demo account live in our application at app.riftdashboard.com, which runs on Google Cloud (Firebase). Your details are stored there, and the demo email is sent through Mailgun. If you would rather not have a demo account created, email us instead of using the form and we will handle it by hand.

How the Site is handled

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Site:

Each provider operates under its own privacy terms. We share your information only with providers that help us run the Site, or where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics. We use Zoho PageSense to understand how the Site is used and to test which version of a page explains the product best. It records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, and your device, browser, and approximate location (derived from your IP address). It can also capture a replay of a visit — mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — so we can see where a page loses people. PageSense sets cookies to recognize a returning visitor and to keep you on the same version of a test across visits. We use this to improve the Site; we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and blocking them will not stop you from using the Site. You can also ask us to delete analytics data associated with you by emailing michael@youramazonconsultant.com.

Advertising. If you reached the Site through one of our online ads, the advertising platform (such as Google or Meta) may set cookies or use pixels under their own privacy policies to measure ad performance. Those platforms control that data.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or when required to comply with the law.

Data retention

We keep the details you submit while we evaluate and operate the founding-cohort program, and until you ask us to delete them. Demo logins expire automatically after 14 days; the account record behind an expired demo is kept until you ask us to delete it, so that we can recognize you if you come back.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing michael@youramazonconsultant.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
